I have to admit that I’m a bit surprised at the response to my earlier post on the impact of leadership and culture.  It was retweeted and commented on on Twitter and Facebook more than any other post.  At the same time, there was nothing revolutionarily new in that post – it was a simple statement of what I think we all know to be true – that leadership drives corporate culture.

I guess it’s the simple truths that matter after all, isn’t it?  It really isn’t rocket science – and you can believe me on that, because I am a rocket scientist.
